Requirement & Deliverables:
1. This is HR Head position, with a small team of professionals/Manager. The job requirementcovers both: a) Strategic HR, covering Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development (PrimaryRequirement). b) Operational HR, including compliances.
2. HR function is responsible for Manpower Productivity & thus associated with all strategic &operational areas covering: a) Hiring appropriate talents in line with business objectives. b)Compensation & benefit management. c) HR Interventions in appraisals, career growth &development. d) Employee Motivation, on boarding, attrition & hygiene. e) Operational areaslike Pay roll, labour compliances, policies & processes.
