candidature details have been added to our database.
- If there will be any matched vacancy as per your profile, then the
Laxmi Job Consultancy or its job center may send you information
of HR name and number with job centre.
- You can call the HR on provided number and can ask them to apply
for mentioned job code.
- You can make a call on the helpline number mentioned on our
website and can update information any time during the year.
- Registration with Laxmi Job Consultancy doesn't mean that you
will be guaranteed placed somewhere or we are assuring you about
job placement. The registration fee is just a facilitation charge
to keep your details in our database and to intimate you about any
suitable vacancy.
- Laxmi job consultancy shall try with full of endeavor to provide
job to the job seekers in their desired field but Laxmi Job
Consultancy does not take any guarantee of your placement or
selection against any vacancy as selection is depends upon the
skills of job seekers and this is the sole/discretionary right of
the selection committee of the employer.
- If any of our job center or HR assures you that they will place
you or take its guarantee, please intimate the company for same
and consider that statement as false and Laxmi Job Consultancy
don't support such false commitment as selection or joining is not
in the hand of any HR. It depends upon the skills of job seekers
and the requirement of HR of our client. We can’t force them to
select or reject any particular person. Laxmi Job Consultancy will
take appropriate action against people who are found involved in
such false commitments.
- Once the registration fee has been paid by the candidate, then it
is not refundable in any circumstances.
- At any stage, if it has been found that the candidates having any
criminal antecedents then the contract of the candidate with
Laxmi Job Consultancy became null and void/void ab initio.
- If the candidate doesn’t accept the terms and conditions of
the Laxmi Job Consultancy then they will not allow taking
participate in the registration process.
- You give authority to Laxmi Job Consultancy to send you SMS for
any available offer, matching your interest other than any job.
- You give authority to Laxmi Job Consultancy to intimate you
about jobs via SMS/WhatsApp/Mail time to time during the
period of registration.
- Laxmi Job Consultancy is taken no guarantee for providing
local vacancies i.e. subject to availability of jobs in any particular
area.
- Every dispute, difference, or question which may at any
time arise between the parties hereto or any person claiming
under them, touching or arising out of or in respect of this
agreement or the subject matter hereof shall be referred to the
sole arbitrator nominated by the first part, the award passed by
the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties hereto.
The venue of arbitration shall be Bilaspur. All and any disputes
shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court at Bilaspur,
Chhattisgarh.
- Once the Laxmi Job Consultancy provided you a Job at any
particular place then the motive of the Consultancy is
fulfilled/achieved and in case if you want another job then fresh
registration/renewal of registration is compulsory as per the
norms of the consultancy.
- When the candidate is going for the interview then
compulsory they have to mention our consultancy name on his/her
resume so the company can easily aware.
- If any candidate is selected through our references and
recommendations, he/she has to inform and endorse a copy of the
appointment letter immediately to us for our record otherwise
directly inform our team or any concerned person from our
consultancy.
- If a candidate is selected for a job through Laxmi Job
Consultancy he/she will be solely the employee of the concerning
organization and Laxmi Job Consultancy will be not responsible
for any legal dispute or any other matter between the candidate
and the organization.
- The candidate will comply with all applicable laws and shall
not contravene any applicable law of India relating to the
services, including any regulation made pursuant thereto.
- The Candidate shall be prohibited in persistently sending
messages or make postings on the Laxmi Job Consultancy website
to any other member or third party who access Laxmi Job
Consultancy without reasonable cause or for causing any peril,
harassment, annoyance, irritation, or anxiety to any person.
- The candidate is prohibited to introduce, upload, post,
distribute, publish or transmit any information or software that
contains a virus, worm, or other harmful components into the
internet or Laxmi Job Consultancy network system.
In the event of a violation of any of the above mentioned covenants by
the candidate, and the same comes to the Laxmi Job Consultancy
knowledge, then our consultancy shall have the right to delete any
material relating to the violations without prior notice to the
candidate. Our Consultancy shall issue a warning to the candidate to
discontinue any activity, which leads to the said violations, and in the
event, the candidate continues with such activity, our consultancy has
the sole authority to terminate or suspend the
membership/registration of the candidate at Laxmi Job Consultancy.
